Mastermind Week #2, Establishing Good Habits

I am writing about the second week of the Mastermind Course I am taking and how good habits are the way to improve to your day-to-day living. For so many years, I have been running on auto-pilot and letting my subconscious run my life and make decisions for me that are not what I want out of life. So, through this course I am learning to get rid of bad habits by replacing them with good habits. By doing this on a daily basis and being consistent, I can have my subconscious mind work with me and for me in achieving my goals and dreams in life.

I never realized that your subconscious mind can make such a dramatic difference in your life. If you truly want to have the life you have always wanted, then you need to make good habits that will enforce your subconscious mind to move you in the right direction. You can have good things happen in your life by working to improve upon the things you think about everyday.

This course is opening my mind up to all the possibilities that any individual can possess as long as they have good, strong habits that will carry them through each and every day. The sky is the limit with you mind and anything that you dream about can become real through consistency and perseverance. Your mind is a beautiful thing and if you use it correctly, then you can make your life exactly the way you have dreamed of since you were a little child.

It is interesting to see how your inner mind can sabotage you if you are not careful and feed it with the wrong intentions. I am looking forward to taking complete control of my actions from within to make my actions on the outside bring into life what I have always dreamed of since a young adult.
